Prob my favorite ramen spot in seattle! Kotteri and mala kotteri ramen noodles, broth, chashu are all amazing. Cucumbers are super crispy and tasty.

Really great Ramen! I also ordered the spicy chicken wings which were just a solid 10/10. Definitely would recommend this ramen spot for anybody looking for something tasty.

Very flavourful ramen and tasty condiments and accompanying dishes. Mala spicy us what people come here for but the regular one is garlicky and so yum. The family who runs this place are so kind and lovely. Park inside the QFC garage

Small shop with solid ramen, all with deep flavors. The pork is caramelized which adds some sweetness. Got the mapo tofu at level 2 spiciness and it had a decent kick. Would definitely come back and recommend to try.

Amazing place to have ramen in capitol hill, special location on the rooftop of QFC building. It is kind of salty for me but the flavorful and broth are tasty. Ramen bowl is big and will make you full for the whole day.

Excellent Ramen. Especially the Mala soup. But the fried chicken is to die for. It’s a Malaysian take on ramen and karage chicken but I’m not complaining

Really quick to order and not bad of a wait for your food either! Very friendly service and quaint location, can be intimate seating if not with a friend. Overall really enjoyed Ooink and would highly revisit when I can, the entire experience was delightful and delicious. Although do double check your spice level, I lucked out and tried the Mala Kotteri Ramen at spice level 3 and honestly haven’t had an experience like that before!

I got the shoyu with some add ons (corn, mushrooms, garlic peanut chili oil) and gyoza, and I enjoyed it. The chili oil was phenomenal, I’d put it on anything.
